Dignity has been a great home care service for my mom. She had a serious venous insufficiency wound that needed changing several times a week. Her nurse did a great job collaborating with the doctor, providing personal professional attention, and became great advocate for us when we couldn’t be with our mom. Highly recommend for families with aging loved ones and also for personal home care.
I really LOVE having Dignity's service and love and appreciate their Hospice team who have been so Kind, Loving and Compassionate to my loved ones. They have served a family member and several of my friends who have also loved their staff and are still very grateful for their services especially at a very hard and difficult time in their lives. Losing a Loved one is a most difficult time for us and we don't really know how or what we can do for them as they make their journey home. But with the kindness and compassion of Dignity's staff that journey was made more comfortable for both the patient and family members. They also provide grief programs for those who may need it after the passing of a Loved one. So I want to just thank Dignity and all their staff for the wonderful service they provide and i would recommend their services to all who need help caring for a loved one.Thanks you Dignity, my friends and family LOVE all of you.
The staff and the professionals at dignity home health are the most caring, compassionate, and loving people I’ve ever met. They took such great care of my sister while she was in hospice. They managed every one of her needs. Jordan was so personal, and caring. She even went out of her way to purchase a birthday cake and put up decorations for her last birthday. My sister saw the staff as much more than caretakers. They became her dearest friends during her slow decline. I was responsible for my sisters care, but live over 500 miles away. I could simply call them, and they would meet any need she had. I highly recommend Dignity to anyone during the sensitive time as their end of live approaches.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dignity. Jon and his team have so much compassion and work to provide the best care for their patients and their families. We have worked along side them with many of our clients and they always go above and beyond. They are accessible, communicate well, and go out of their way to put their patients and families first. I never hesitate to refer families to Dignity when they are in need of in home medical care or have questions about hospice.
A few months ago, we contacted Dignity to have help for my Mom who was legally blind, becoming very immobile, and needing more help than my Dad could give her. We were referred to Dignity by my parent’s neighbors who raved about the care they were receiving. At first my Mom only needed care from Iris, a CNA to help with bathing and dressing 3 days a week to give my Dad a little break. She saw nurse Melissa just once a week. But as time passed, they were needed much more. Iris and Melissa were literally angels watching over Mom. They were so gentle and kind and helped all of us know what to expect and how to care for her as her body began to shut down. Toward the end, my Dad also received visits from a social worker and Chaplain Tara to help him through Mom’s last days.Dignity was always there to help give Mom care during and after hours. Nurse Paige came twice after hours to help us know how to care for her and make her comfortable. During Mom’s last hour, nurse Melissa was there with us as Mom quickly yet peacefully passed away. She was comfortable and at peace with her family in the comforts of her own home. We thank everyone at Dignity with their help and support during the last weeks of my Mom’s life. All those who helped us at Dignity are truly angels on earth. We could not ask for more. Thank you Dignity for not only caring for Mom, but Dad, and our family so we could spend special final moments with Mom and make peaceful memories that will last forever.—Kim Call
Our nurse Stefanie and CNA Danielle were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were professional and warm. They helped us navigate the final month of my mother's life with her rapidly changing needs. If there was absolutely anything we needed from medicines to a hospital bed or commode, Stefanie had it to our home immediately. We so appreciated this tremendous support and caring.
We had 3 parents that needed Hospice care. We found Dignity Hospice and we’re happy we did. Some of our parents health care workers were the same for each of them and some were different but they all had the same devotion, caring attitude and a love for helping our parents. They were all quick to respond to problems and got them the medical care needed each and every time. They took excellent care of the comfort and if their mental comfort. The nurses and CNA’s literally become like family to our parents and they loved their care givers in return. I am very comfortable recommending Dignity Health Care to anyone in need of care.
My family is currently using Dignity Home Health & Hospice for both my mom & my dad. We had been with a prior agency who was unresponsive and didn't show up.The experience with Dignity is completely different! They are professional, caring, organized, and communicative. They care about what the family wants AND needs. They've answer multiple questions from us and obviously cares about their agency's values.As my mom has increasing dementia, the relief with having quality care for both of them is life changing! I can't express enough thanks and I'm so grateful my friend referred me to them.
Dignity took care of hospice for my Dad. They were loving, attentive and communicated well with my family, We will always have a special place in our hearts for the care that that Jasmine and Eddie gave. The owner Jon has a heart of gold and truly cares. A big shout out to Lane who first met with us and walked us through the process. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Our experience with Dignity Home Health and Hospice was exceptional! The nurses and aides that took care of my father went above and beyond to give him the best care possible. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we had. Although my dad's time with them was short, we will be forever grateful for the care that he received. As a primary care giver for my father and as a practicing physician, I would highly recommend Dignity Home Health and Hospice.
