The Leifheit Linomatic 500 is an outdoor rotary airer suitable for all households: easy to pull open and close, lines that stay clean and tangle free, an aluminium frame which means no rust marks on clothes and is lightweight to carry. Leifheit’s Linomatics rotaries have many practical features to make drying laundry easy and efficient. This model has a total line length of 50m, taking approximately 5 washing machine loads. Its lines are strong and robust to hang heavy washing. The outermost line length is 2.03 metres to accommodate hanging sheets, tablecloths and other large items. Its diagonal distance measures 3.28 metres so its long arms provide a helpful distance to spread washing out. The rotary’s lines retract to stay clean: With Leifheit’s innovative line retraction mechanism, all Linomatic airers’ lines keep free from dirt and weathering. Clean lines means spotless laundry: no longer the need to wipe clean dirty lines. When the rotary is not in use, its arms can be closed - stored vertically - folding inwards with the lines vanishing into the arms of the clothesline. The rotary is easy to open and close thanks to its pull cord lift system. Simply pull the cord’s red toggle, walk backwards, the arms spread out and release the lines from within. When fully up and tensioned the rotary’s arms lock in position automatically. To close, simply pull the eye-level handle, the arms drop and pull the lines in keeping them tidy and tangle-free. The rotary is lightweight to carry. Thanks to its aluminium frame, the rotary is manageable to lift in and out of the ground and carry away for storage. The rotary comes with a ground socket that can be concreted into the patio or the lawn. The rotary’s aluminium construction also means there is no danger of rust forming and staining clothes.
