- Comes with an ADE Zantitium RD3-015 RED dot sight, a picatinny plate(pre-assembled), and a optic mounting plate designed to fit 1911 pistols with standard Novak(does NOT fit Novak OVERSIZE) rear sight cut by replacing the factory rear sight on standard NOVAK dovetail.
- 1911s have several different rear sight dovetail cuts, such as Colt(G.I.) Standard, LPA, Novak standard/traditional and Novak Oversize rear sight. This ADE Optic Plate made by ADE is for Novak Standard/traditional rear sight ONLY. It does NOT fit any 1911 that does NOT has a traditional Novak rear sight. Please confirm with your pistol manufacturer what rear sight you have before purchasing.
- This optic plate for Novak Does NOT fit any Novak cut that is NOT GENUINE/traditional/true Novak rear sight cut, such as some Taurus 1911 and some Ruger 1911 who use Licensed Novak rear sight but created their own sizes cut. Minor modification to the sight base may be necessary for some 1911s including Rock Islands, Citadels, and GSG 1911 .22s.
- The optic plate for 1911 with Standard Novak rear sight requires removal the rear sight and disassemble the pistol. Gunsmith experience is required. We recommend hiring a professional gunsmith. Please note. Unprofessional installation such as improper torque(12in/lb) will result in screw loose, not holding zero, damage to the firearm/optic and personal injury.
- The ADE Zantitium Red dot sight is the biggest handgun sight on the market! Actual size is. 2.25" Length x 1.4" Width x 1.27" Height. It gives up to twice bigger window than other micro red dot. Keep in mind with the bigger than others size, please keep in mind when installed on micro-compact handgun will look bulky.
